Following are some of the simple natural remedies for dark circles.
- Drink plenty of water regularly.
- Take proper rest. Undisturbed sleep for 7-8 hours at night is essential.
- Eat a balanced diet. Make a conscious effort to include every nutrient in your food, in one form or the other. Iron rich diet is a must. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- After a hectic day of work, close your eyes and keep two slices of cucumber on them. Relax for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Apply a mixture of tomato and lemon on the dark circles. It helps in pigmentation of the skin.
- Try to de-stress yourself in your own way. You know your body best, so don't overstress it.
